Dissolution & Disposition of Assets

7.1       The decision to dissolve the Jasper Adult Learning Council requires a special resolution by a simple majority of members.

7.2       Upon dissolution of the Jasper Adult Learning Council, all of its remaining assets after payment of liabilities shall be distributed to one or more charitable organizations in Jasper, Alberta to be determined by a majority of the remaining membership.
