Bylaw Review

8.1       A review of the Bylaws shall be undertaken periodically.

8.2       Notices of motion to amend Bylaws shall be submitted in writing to the membership at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the date of the meeting at which point such changes to the Bylaws will be considered.

8.3       Bylaws of the Jasper Adult Learning Council may be rescinded, altered or added to by a special resolution passed by a 75% majority of those members present, voting in favour of such a motion at any General Meeting of the Jasper Adult Learning Council.
