Fierce Conversations is a highly interactive, hands-on learning experience where over the 2 day workshop you will learn four key conversational models. These include: team, delegation, coaching and confrontation.
Overview
Attendees will make the connection between conversations and leadership, gaining appreciation for the role of conversations in inspiring followers,
winning contracts and building visions that become reality.
Participants will practice the Seven Principles of Fierce Conversations and Four Conversational Models and explore their relevance to individual
and collective growth and success. Participants will learn each conversational model, and then apply it using current issues as topics.
Team Model
A proven approach employed by teams and thinktanks, you will utilize this robust model to focus on high-stakes issues central to your organization’s and individuals’ success.
Coaching Model
A powerful, deep-dive conversation used in one-to-one coaching conversations, this modelis also used by teams tasked with identifying “big ideas” and by those in sales roles.
Delegation Model
Use This simple, innovative approach to delegation to ensure that individuals’ development paths are clear and that they are on track to accomplish goals.
Confrontation Model
A framework that effectively addresses attitudinal, behavioral or performance issues with a colleague, a team or a challenging customer.
