Time Management and Mental Health in the Workplace.
Balancing our time between the things we have to do and the things we want to do can be difficult. Unfortunately what seems to happen is we take our time to do the things we have to do and end up neglecting ourselves. A component of good mental health is taking time for ourselves. In this workshop we will come up with some solutions to the statement "When do I have the time?".
Mental Health is a part of everyone's life, therefore there will be times due to situations and circumstances in life when we struggle with our Mental Health. One place that we can see the changes of Mental Health is in the workplace. In this workshop we will discuss what changes one may see in the workplace, strategies on how we can address these changes and how to help the individual who is struggling. We will also address prevention strategies, creating a positive work environment and nurturing one's mental health as opposed to aggravating it.
